Al Nassr vs Al Hazm: Cristiano Ronaldo sets new record with his 850th career goal

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a spectacular goal and provided two assists as Al-Nassr defeated Al-Hazm on Saturday. Ronaldo was in fine form as Nassr swatted Hazm aside on Saturday evening.

After laying on two assists, the Portuguese superstar got in on the act with a spectacular finish. After some neat interplay in the box, Ronaldo fired the ball into the top corner and performed his trademark celebration.

That goal is the 850th of the Portugal star’s club career, making him the first player to achieve the feat.

Ronaldo scored two goals and assisted Sadio Mane to help Al Nassr to a 5-0 victory over Al Shabab in his previous game.

Ronaldo, 38, made the announcement on social media, “Another great team performance! We keep improving. Let’s go @AlNassrFC.. 850 career goals and still counting!”

After losing their first two league games this season, Al Nassr are now just four points behind Al-Hilal, who have scored 14 goals in their last three games.

Ronaldo has six goals this season, one more than former Liverpool forward Sadio Mane.
